DEFENCE AND SURVEILLANCE VESSELS

At Aresa Shipyard we design and build OPV offshore patrol vessels, both in naval aluminium and composite materials. OPV patrol vessels are characterised by being multi-mission vessels capable of protecting large maritime extensions, from the limits of the exclusive economic zone (EEZ) to coastal waters, and can be equipped with a multitude of defence systems acording to the missions to be executed by the ship .

ARESA SHIPYARD builds any type of logistic vessel up to 50 metres in length, for the transport of troops and equipment. We equip our logistic vessels  so that they can carry out their functions in the most inaccessible areas. Built in aluminium, steel or composite materials and equipped with the most suitable propulsion system for each project. These platforms can be equipped with the systems required by the client for each mission.

ARESA SHIPYARD builds any type of inshore patrol vessel or IPV. Specially designed for the surveillance of the maritime space on the high seas and in coastal areas, the IPV  are extremely versatile vessels that can carry out a multitude of missions with an operating cost much lower than  an OPV type patrol vessel. Our IPV vessels are built in both naval aluminium and composite materials.

ARESA SHIPYARD builds a wide range of high speed coastal patrol boats, , armored, equipped with waterjets or with propellers , according to the requirements of our customers. Our fast coastal patrol boats are currently operating in many national navies of foreign countries and are responsible for security in maritime areas closer to the coast, an area where the greatest maritime activity takes place in any country.

The models of patrol boats with armoured cabin built by ARESA SHIPYARD are specially designed and built for the surveillance and protection of strategic installations within the coastal areas of any country, from port energy installations, ports, anchorage areas and any installation that needs to be protected from possible attacks in areas close to the coast. They are vessels with a very short  response time to act in the face of any threat and arrive at the point of service in the shortest possible time.

ARESA SHIPYARD is specialised in the construction of interceptor type boats, which are used in the different special forces  of national navies all over the world. With speeds exceeding 70 knots and a really excellent sailing stability, they have become one of the products most supplied by our company in recent years, thanks to their great acceptance and recognition in the international market.

ARESA SHIPYARD builds all types of fast intervention boats for use in coastal and harbour areas. Equipped with outboard engines, they can reach speeds of up to 45 knots while maintaining great stability.
