Complaints Channel
At ARESA SHIPYARD we act fairly, transparently and honestly. This is a commitment we make to our employees, customers, suppliers, communities, society and in compliance with the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management Systems standard.
The objective of this channel is that any person or organisation can report and/or communicate any type of irregularity and/or complaint, so we encourage employees, customers, users, suppliers or any person who has contact with our company to communicate with us and send us their suggestions or complaints.
All those who, in good faith, use the channel will be protected against any type of reprisal, discrimination or penalty. Furthermore, ARESA SHIPYARD guarantees the utmost confidentiality in this regard and is subject to current legislation on data protection in the processing of personal information provided or obtained.
We would be grateful if you could provide us with any details that may help us in a possible internal investigation process in order to have as much evidence as possible, such as a description of the events, place, dates, names, position and any other relevant information you may have. Also any other evidence, if any, that you consider appropriate.
