When clients have no qualified personnel available, or because they prefer to outsource this service, we offer to provide the owner with the full complement of crew in order to perform the specific tasks for which ship or fleet has been designed.

The service has a complete and optimized Comprehensive Management Plan customized for every need, and is done in close cooperation with the end customer, in order to agree on the goals to be achieved to optimize the uses and functions of ships built by Aresa Shipyard.
